Personal data processing policy
Under European Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (abbreviated "RGPD").
SAS IDALUS as Joint Data Processors, consider the confidentiality and protection of personal data to be fundamental and invite their users and customers to carefully read this policy, which contains important information on data processing (the "Information").
The logical and physical security of the data and, in general, the discretion of the personal data being processed, will be guaranteed by implementing all the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure their security.
- Data voluntarily provided by the interested party
In the course of using the Web Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal data or information that can be used to identify you, for example by e-mail or via an online form.
This information may include contact and address details such as your first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, as well as other information concerning your gender and profession.
Specific summary information may be made available on pages of the site or on forms specially designed for particular services on request.
- Automatically collected data
In the course of their normal operations, websites may automatically collect certain personal data concerning the user, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet and cellular telephone communication protocols.
This data is collected through the use of systems capable of storing text or information files, such as cookies or SDKs (Software Development Kits).

- Retention period for personal data
Personal data collected for the purposes indicated in the above paragraph will be processed and stored for the duration of any contractual relationship that may be established.
From the date of termination of this relationship, for whatever reason or cause, the data will be retained for the duration of the applicable limitation periods, i.e. 10 years.
Once these retention periods have expired, the data will be destroyed or rendered anonymous.
- Exercisable rights
In accordance with what is provided for in Chapter III, Section I, RGPD, you may at any time exercise the rights indicated therein.

In particular, reference is made to the following requests:
- Right of access - Obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, receive information concerning in particular: purposes of the processing, categories of personal data processed and storage period, recipients to whom such data may be communicated (Article 15, RGPD),
- Right of rectification - Obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and the integration of incomplete personal data (Article 16, RGPD),
- Right to erasure - Obtain, without unjustified delay, the erasure of personal data concerning you, in the cases provided for by the RGPD (Article 17, RGPD),
- Right to limitation - Obtain the limitation of processing, in the cases provided for by the RGPD (Article 18, RGPD).
- Right to portability - To receive in a structured format, of common use and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning you as well as to obtain that these are transmitted to another holder without impediments, in the cases provided for by the RGPD (Article 20, RGPD)
- Right to object - To object to the processing of personal data concerning you, unless there are legitimate grounds for the Holder to continue the processing (article 21, RGPD)
